Heavy Oil Fired Boiler, longitudinal arranged, "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bundle. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. Around furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney.Advantage:

　　MANUFACTURING:

　　Water Tube Boilers are manufactured, in our factory in Ankara, in accordance with the requirements of the design codes and standards by making strict quality control at each production stage. The manufacturing processes are performed under the supervision of the 3rd party control agencies, depending on request of customers or if ASME "S" stamp or CE marking is required.

　　Membrane panel wall pipe welding and panel bending processes are carried out in the automatic panel welding and bending machine.

　　BOILER FEATURES:

　　Steam and water begin to be separated in the upper steam overflow headers. The steam dryness is vey high and no water drift happens. Even though feed water purity is poor, steam is obtained in high purity.

　　In bi-drum(D type) boilers, combustion chamber and evaporator tube bundle through the membrane wall tube around them, respond very quickly to load demands. Circulation and water drift problems are eliminated by the special drum internal parts.
