Gas/Oil Fired Saturated Steam Boiler

PERFORMANCE
In a boiler, energy from the fuel is transfered to liquid water in order to create steam. At first, cold water gets warmer and receives energy in the form of “sensible heat”, right until the boiling point. Once the boiling point is reached, the water’s temperature ceases to rise and stays the same until all the water is vaporized. The water goes from a liquid state to a vapour state et receives energy in the form of “latent heat of vaporization”. As long as there’s some liquid water left, the steam’s temperature is the same as the liquid water’s. Steam is then called saturated steam.
Advantage:Boiler manufacturing process
- The key processing technology like material preparation of steel tubes, circling, drilling of tube plate, etc are all adpot advanced CNC machining process to decrease the assemble stress and extend the boiler working life
- Interior thermal insulation is adopted to flue gas duct and flue gas port to reduce the noise during the boiler operation
- All convection tubes of high temperature area use vibrating proof fastener to provent the pipe orifice of convection tubes from fracturing
- The inside of observation hole uses moulding high-alumina refractory and manhole cover sealing device to solve the problem of overheating of this part by constructed with refr actory bricks
- Every piece of membrane wall between furnace and convection tubes use high temperature resistance stainless steel Cr25ni20. This avoid the breakdown of high temperature flue gas short circuit caused by using refractory materia
- Impeller blasting and stoving varnish are done to boiler to make sure the boiler has good-looing appearance and anti-septic property
- The boiler vertical and circular seam adopts advanced unionmelt welding process to ensure the welding quality.All the vertical and circular seams will be done 100% radiographic inspection.
